Holiday

On the following holidays, a $5 per visit surcharge will be added.

  • New Year’s Eve (after 6 PM)

  • New Year’s Day

  • Easter

  • Memorial Day

  • 4th of July

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Eve

  • Christmas Day

 

Late Payment Policy

Payment is expected at the initial consultation if paying by cash or check.  If paying by credit card, your payment will be taken on the first day of the service.  If payment is not received by the first day of service, a three day grace period will be granted.  After that time, a late fee of $5 will be assessed.  

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Charge (% applies to entire service period total):

  • 0 - 48 hours prior notice to any service during the Holidays: Payment in full is charged (no refunds)

  • 0 - 48 hours prior to any service during non-holiday period, 40% of service total is due. (60% refund)

  • 2 - 7 days prior to service: No charge, 100% refund
